Internet Brands is looking for a Senior Director, Product who can combine a passion for creating innovative products with a user-centered design, business acumen to identify and drive product goals, and the technical capacity to interface with engineers.  
  
The ideal candidate is strategic, data-driven, creative, and business savvy. They have the drive and ability to contribute to the process of discovering what will delight our clients and a proven interest in driving both back-end technical and front-end user experience projects with deep customer empathy.

Responsibilities:
  • Own the vision, roadmap and execution for various products. This can include working on UI/UX experiences, API experiences, data science models, data engineering pipelines and more. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners in other organizations, while also displaying the ability to "show up senior" in frequent executive forums. 
  • Interface with stakeholders across our UX/UI, Business Intelligence, Data Science, and Engineering Teams helping think through trade-offs in workflow implementations, visualizations, model approaches, and customer impact.
  • Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to drive decision-making, test hypotheses, and execute A/B testing to enhance our products. Define KPIs and metrics to measure the success of your initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and user behavior to inform product enhancements that keep Internet Brands competitive.
  • Create and maintain product use cases, requirements, and wireframes.

  
Qualifications:
- BA/BS required, HCI, Computer Science, or MBA a plus.
- 7+ years of product experience where you demonstrated a sustained track record of making significant contributions to impactful projects.
- A sustained track record of making significant, self-directed, and end-to-end contributions to large and impactful software projects.
-  You have built complex products that take years of iterations to become great.
-  Excellent communication/presentation skills both in large and small groups.
-  Ability to solve complex, technical problems with creative solutions while managing tradeoffs.
-  Entrepreneur -- you have a strong bias for action and use compelling, data-based arguments to convince others and generate progress with meaningful results.
-  Durability and grit - sometimes solutions take creative thinking and multiple iterations while dependencies solidify. You try many different approaches to the right answer.
-  Ability to write detailed specifications and vision documents that clearly articulate the ‘why’ behind the problem.

At Internet Brands, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the compensation for this role to have a range that starts at $150,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
